Christophe, Samantha and Barbara were fighting hard to have communication with the crown from day one to explain my side of the story and to outline all the discrepancies in the false allegations made against me. He had it all resolved very quickly and was by my side supporting me and my family the whole time! Don't even play with charges, if you're lucky enough to get Christophe...pay em what he says...this Man saved my life. Anything with a negative rating has a reason so ignore and get Preo. Best advice from one who knows. Good luck.

If Mr. Preobrazenski was assigned as your lawyer through Legal Aid, request a new one, especially if you are unfamiliar with the legal system. I am writing this on behalf of his former client and will be submitting a detailed complaint with documentation to the Law Society of Ontario. He was highly unprofessional, incompetent and not trustworthy. He would laugh inappropriately and randomly during meetings with his client, misinformed and neglected to communicate with his client for over half a year prolonging a simple and standard case unnecessarily, (many documents and communication unknown to his client was only revealed after he was fired and the clients full file was requested), he sent his client to multiple health professionals, none of which were necessary or the appropriate referrals, one of which seemed to profit from his unnecessary referrals and highly unprofessional herself. For someone who states to have represented thousands of people, this incompetence is shameful. Lastly, after being fired, he continued to harass and frequently reach out to his client and withhold pertinent information from the new representation/lawyer and through client (lied about court hearing hours and purposely withheld zoom links from both parties).

From the day I met Christophe I had his full support, and he had my trust. Through and through, his experience and expertise helped me to remain calm and collected through the entire process of dealing with my legal troubles. Christophe and his associates were very professional, and even went as far as to meet me to deliver paperwork when I wasnt available to go downtown. He is an incredibly kind man who truly wants the best for his clients. Most importantly- in the end the matter was resolved in the best possible way.
